1,D it was a pity , 是真遗憾的意思,不是定语从句
2，C 当先行词又有人又有物的时侯只能用that引导，只能用that的情况还有很多，你多看语法书就能懂了， 很简单的
3，C which引导从句时，介词可以提前，这个是提前的about ，只有用which时，可以提前
4，B 是非限定性定语从句，只能用which引导，非限定性定语从句最简单的辨认方法就是在主句有逗号隔开，起解释说明作用
